Absolutely! Every year we host many female sporting clubs, and hens nights! In fact it's not uncommon for females to out-perform male players on the paintball field!

Yes! We supply all our players with all of the necessary safety equipment before you step onto the field. You can feel confident that you are enjoying a completely safe activity.

Does playing paintball hurt?
Not really... The feeling of being marked with a paintball is similar to being flicked with a rubber band. However once you're on the field and your adrenalin is pumping, you probably won't even notice the feeling at all!
Many people play paintball every year, and we never have complaints about the pain, however if you are concerned about it, we can offer you additional body armour to wear while playing!
